1. Our program took more than a year to develop and is based on the results of our extensive employee communication research, involving more than 100 companies across North America, including hundreds of focus groups and a database representing more than 500,000 employees.
2. The core tools of the program can help managers and companies improve the way their go through employee engagement and change management processes. The tools taught in the program have their roots in reality because they come directly from what employees and managers say they need for effective communication. In addition, the program was pilot tested and refined in four companies.
3. It is the only program we know of that is research-based, tested and proven in so many companies, in so many industries and in so many different geographic locations, both in the U.S., Canada and abroad.
4. In the last few years, some 6,000 managers from more than 50 companies have participated in the program and the evaluations are consistent and always in the high 90 percentile range. For example, more than 600 managers at General Dynamics rated the value of the program at 94%.
5. This is the only learning program we know of that focuses on Face2Face communication from a managers' perspective and not a course on how to make presentations. Our program gives managers and leaders actual tools they can use to create dialogue and build understanding around business issues.
6. Our program is the only one we know of that gives managers tools they can use to deal effectively with negativity and resistance to change.
7. The program is designed for managers and senior leaders. As a result of requests by participating managers, we also have a version tailored for employees as well.
8. The program focuses on communication as a business process and provides your company's managers with three solid tools for improving their ability to communicate business issues and changes Face2Face with employees, peers and senior management.
9. We tailor the practice portion of the workshop so it reflects your company's business issues. We believe in the value of training that reflects your company's business issues, as opposed to canned or generic packaged programs.
10. We can train your managers and leaders directly or we can certify your trainers and license your company to use our material.
11. The program is hands-on, with discussion, examples and practice sessions. We can tailor the practice session to reflect real issues in your company or organization.
12. The training is designed to be taught in a four-hour block (one half-day). We can do two sessions per day.
13. We can provide you with ComDEX, our quantitative measurement questionnaire, that is used to evaluate the quality of a manager's Face2Face communication skills before and after the training. ComDEX can also be used as part of your performance review process for managers.
