What You'll Take Away

You Simply Can't Find This Level of In-Depth Learning Elsewhere!

In A Nutshell, Here’s What You’ll Take Away...

1. Renewal with the Existing StragtegyMap.

Remember our exclusive strategic mapping process in your original Dialogue Workshop? Like anything when it is done for the first time, you probably have some questions about its use. In the Master Class, you’ll not only get answers to those questions, but you’ll learn how to use and apply the Map more deeply in your organization. The tools need constant review and practice. I’ll show you how to take them to another level, so they become ingrained and part of your everyday thinking. But we won’t stop there...

2. Learn New “Improvisational” Thinking and Decision-Making Tools.

I’ll introduce you to my methodology called “Improvisational Thinking” that will help you think and act strategically at any time, especially when there is never enough time to plan and when everything is changing and in chaos. With these tools by your side, you’ll have the confidence and ability to present information, influence, persuade and effectively work with others.

3. Individual Focus on Your Issues.

The fundamental element in business is leadership. In order to be a strategic partner, you need to be seen as a leader. In the Master Class you’ll focus on your specific business and communication issues, apply the tools throughout the week to those issues—and you’ll return to your company having thought through how to transform your work by taking it to a higher level. I’ll introduce you to new leadership and communication tools that will advance your work and your own professional development and direction. You’ll present your transformational plan to your fellow Workshop participants and gain their valuable input and ideas. You’ll learn ways to think in options and scenarios. You’ll leave with the knowledge and the tools for successfully tackling any issue.

4. Ideas, Advice, Counsel.

You’ll have time to not only work on the issues you are facing, but you’ll also have the benefit of my input, as well as the ideas and experiences of your fellow participants. It’s like having up a group of consultants at your disposal! Imagine the perspectives you’ll get. Chances are, your fellow participants have faced what you are facing before, and if not, their backgrounds and experiences will give you a rich blend of ideas. We’ll take our powerful “Invent-O-Matic” brainstorming sessions to a new level and you’ll leave with not only ideas, but a plan to put those ideas into place when you return.

5. You’ll Learn Ways to Build Strategic Partnerships with others and to align and focus your communication on what is changing and on what needs to change in your organization.

6. You’ll Actually Practice Using the Tools to develop your leadership, presentation and persuasion abilities. The Master Class is hands-on—you’ll practice as you apply the tools to your issues.

7. You’ll Return Professionally and Personally Renewed.

As in your original Dialogue Workshop, we’ll venture into the desert for an extended desert walk, offering the opportunity to experience nature on a whole new level. The desert offers you the ideal time, place and silence for contemplating, taking in, sorting out.

8. You’ll Meet New Colleagues!

One of the great benefits from Dialogue is the network of colleagues and associates that are created as a result of spending five days with a small group of talented people. This alone is a rich part of the Dialogue experience that will continue with the Master Class—and that lasts long after the Workshop is over.

9. For Those Who Haven’t Been to the White Stallion, you’ll experience our new workshop Location and explore a new desert environment! The White Stallion Ranch is a great Workshop venue—even better than our previous location. Great food. Great meeting room. Great people. Great activities. Come experience it for yourself! It feels comfortable, just like home.

10. A Host of New Surprises!

The Master Workshop is known for its surprises. What’s in store for this year? You’ll have to come to find out for yourself!
