1. Dialogue in the Desert:

Scope: This is the original, powerful and highly-touted Dialogue in the Desert Workshop that has been running for more than 25 years. Come to enhance your ability to think strategically, plan effectively and influence persuasively.
Audience: This workshop is appropriate for anyone who wants to enhance their strategic thinking, planning and leadership skills, no matter what kind of an organization you are in or what your job function or title might be. People come from all types of companies and organizations ranging from large Fortune 500 level corporations to institutes of higher education, and from nonprofit arts organizations to their own firms. People come from every state in the US and from many around the globe, including Australia, England, Canada and Europe.

2. Dialogue in the Desert:
The Masters Class (for alums only)
Date: November 7-12, 2010
Location: White Stallion Ranch, Tucson, AZ
Audience:Dialogue in the Desert and Dialogue Indiana Alums
Fee: $1395
Scope: You’ve been to Dialogue before. But that should be looked on as just the beginning. Like learning to play the violin, it takes more than one session. The same is true when it comes to thinking strategically, planning effectively and leading from a place of confidence and inspiration. The Master Class builds on where your regular Dialogue Workshop leaves off. We’ll refresh you with the tools from your original workshop, and introduce you to a host of new and elegant ones.
The Master Class is tailored to the specific issues your organization and yourself are facing. You’ll have time to practice and really ingrain the tools. Plus, like your original Workshop, you’ll form valuable, new relationships with your fellow participants that will last long after the week is over.

3. Dialogue Indiana:
A Strategic Thinking, Planning and Leadership Workshop for Nonprofits and Small Businesses
Date: December 1-3, 2010
Location: Waycross Conference Center, outside Bloomington, IN
Fee: $495 ($440/person for double accommodation)
Audience: Those who are in organizations, nonprofits, small businesses and individuals who do not have the time or budget to attend our five-day desert workshop. This is the fourth year for Dialogue Indiana.
Scope: To provide those nonprofit organizations and small businesses with the tools offered in our five-day Dialogue in the Desert program at a significantly reduced rate and over a shorter, two day period. Organized by a group of Dialogue alums in Bloomington, IN, Dialogue Indiana originally focused on nonprofits and organizations from the Bloomington area, however we’ve since had participants come from Indianapolis, Louisville and Toronto. If you work in a nonprofit organization, or have a small business, or just want tools to improve your own life’s direction, this workshop is the most effective, powerful and inexpensive program you can find.
